The DE 3500 is a theft deterrent cover that replaces the flat cover on the DE 3500 box. The DE 3500 cover comes with a round shackleless lock which recesses into the DE 3500 box. The key may be ordered specific for a municipality. The DE 3500 cover is hot dipped galvanized after fabrication.
